I'm now 8 months post partum and DS1 is now sleeping enough that I think I have the energy to start working out again. Finally! However, I sometimes still get pubic bone pain and quite bad pain in my hips so I'm concerned about what to do. I don't know what I should/shouldn't do exercise wise. I had pretty bad PGP at the end of my pregnancy and walking was very difficult.
I have private health insurance so could self-refer to the physio or should I ask my GP? Anyone with any experience of this?
