Waking up with clenched teeth and god awful headache (which lingers most of the day).
Pain deep in my ears
Tinnitus
Aching lower jaw
Toothache

I have awful health anxiety so too scared to google incase I diagnose myself with multiple tumours.

Yep it does. Go to the dentist!

Yes, you need a mouthguard from your dentist to help with the jaw tensing while sleeping.

I recently had a mouth guard made for me as I clenched my teeth a lot. Have minor hair line fractures on teeth as a result. Over the years I have often woken up with ear ache which the dentist gave me mouth exercises for. Get it checked.

Thanks it's more the ongoing headaches that are worrying me. No nausea or vomiting so don't think migraines though I've had them in the past.

I'm trying to limit to either one lot of nurofen or one lot of paracetamol a day to avoid rebound headaches which is hard when my head is stuck in a vice.

Try heat instead of ice. You can google for some exercises to do in the meantime.
