I've been floored by the flu. Four weeks after and I am still tired and I feel rubbish.
I would like to do what I can to boost my health and protect myself from future illnesses. I work full time and I am a lone parent; it takes me ages to recover!
I'm 42, rarely drink and my diet is much better than it used to be. I mainly low carb but since the flu I have slackened a little on this. I eat lots of spinach, kale and salad stuff on a daily basis.
What supplements could I take? I feel really tired. My usual thing was to go to bed at midnight but this year I'm going at 9ish.
