I've been on the implant for almost a year now, the first month was absolutely horrendous, I just had one continues period for that entire time. After the first month it all stopped, no periods/bleeding, now I've woken up with a really crampy period. Is that normal for the implant? I've also had really heavy discharge over the last month which looks normal but it's very excessive compared to my "normal" discharge. Could they be linked/be a side effect of the implant? I'm waiting for swabs for that but the nurse didn't seem concerned
