Clicking in ear!

Someone please help, I've started getting a clicking sound in one ear which happens at the same time as my heart beat! What is it?

My blood pressure was 96/60 yesterday so it's not that.

Have u had a cold. It could be congestion. The Eustachian tube ( tube that connects the ear to throat) gets bunged up with mucous and causes fluid to stay behind the ear drum causing the popping noise.
Steam inhalation's and over the counter nasal sprays can help.

Or is your hearing reduced also could be was in the ear touching the eardrum.

No not had a cold. And it's not a popping sound, a clicking/tapping sound.

Mine does this occasionally for a few days and then goes- worse when chewing.
That's not much help but hope it passes!
