Pregnant or anaemic?

Sorry to as ANOTHER question but you guys are just too helpful for your own good!! .

For the past couple of weeks I've been REALLY tired (have to sleep in the day), achy boobs and stomach aches (especially in the morning). Now I've started to panic myself that I could be pregnant as I've only ever felt this tired when pregnant before.

I went on the contraceptive implant about 3 months ago and was due on the day I had it put in. But no bleeding until a month later and then constant but light bleeding for the next 2 months (only just stopped the other day).

I though I might just be anaemic but what are the chances I could be pregnant. It seems I only have to look at dh to get pregnant and there was a slight chance I could of been pregnant before I had the implant.

Am I just being paranoid or should I go to the doctors for a pregnancy test???

It's possible, but probably just the implant screwing your cycle up. I would still get a test done to confirm definitively.

btw when I switched to progesterone only pill from combined pill I had a similar thing - no withdrawal bleed when expected, then a month or so later lots of irregular bleeding.

I know I'm probably just being paraniod really. But it's good for other people to say so as well!!
