Help! My elbow hurts!

Long story short, I fell over last night and all of the impact went on my elbow.

I couldn't move it for about an hour after I did it, I can now move it but it's so painful! Would you bother going to A&E or would it just be a bad bruise as I can move my hand and arm?

No-one can tell whether or not it's broken without a proper clinical assessment +/- x-ray. Your best bet is to find a Minor Injuries Unit as their queue will be shorter. 111 will know what's near you if you aren't sure. Otherwise A&E.
