Late periods

I've always had pretty regular periods my whole life, but the last 3-4 months my cycle has been 33-35 days, rather than my usual 28-29.

I'm currently on day 35, and I'm defo not pregnant.

Is it normal for the length of your cycle to shift, or should I see someone about it?

it's normal and if you are 40+ it could be peri menopause.

@PollyPerky thanks, I'm only 23 though!
