Is this what a prolapse is like?

Sorry for the TMI thread

When I have a poo, a lump, with what looks like a bit of a skin tag on it, pushes right to the front of my vagina. It only appears when I am sitting in that position. When I stand or lay there is nothing there.

Going to make a gp apt, but google seems to suggest a prolapse... sound right? I'm early 30s with 2 DC.
