I’m unsure whether to call the doctor or to wait for an appointment I have next week...for the last week or so I’ve had an on/off stitch like pain in the upper left side of my chest. It doesn’t hurt when breathing in but it is starting to radiate through to my upper back.
It’s worse when lying down and generally when resting.
It’s not due to over exertion as I’m literally just standing or walking around when the pain starts.
It’s not agony, more like a sharp stabbing stitch.
As it’s on/off it’s clearly not a medical emergency but has anyone else experienced something similar?
