The last few months my right shoulder feels odd like stiff and hurts and like jelly at times. Even when i have my arm in a relaxed position i can feel it. I do have a gp appointment in a few weeks to get checked out. It affects my sleeping to as i sleep on my side. I have had no injuries to my shoulder but about 15 years ago broke a ball joint in my shoulder.
