Low Grade Glioma

Hello,
I have posted about this previously and got some great replies (thank you Millie). Things have progressed since my last post,I have opted to have surgery to remove the “possible “ low grade glioma .
My meds have increased quite a lot - feeling very tired . A mixture of Keppra and Epilim.
I am still unsure whether my decision is right. Everything seems to be possible/probable Glioma but can’t say until a biopsy.
In my mind, if they’re going into my head then try and get the whole thing- biopsy may not be accurate.
My speech is already affected - tumour is close to speech function and this could get worse after surgery.
Anyone have any experience of this at all?
