first aid course

I've realized it's been over 10 years since I did a first aid course. Can anyone advise how I would go about doing an up to date one? I've looked on line and there are lots of options with lots of prices and I don't know which I'd best. I don't want a full qualification, I'd like my basic knowledge to be current. Thanks
