Pain in armpit

Please help I'm panicking
I've woken up with pain in my armpit. Can't feel any lumps but hurts. I'm struggling with anxiety at the moment so as you can imagine I'm really panicking

I had this and the doctor was able to then find a lump but an ultrasound revealed just swollen lymph node. Lymph nodes can swell in response to infection etc. Go and get it checked out if you are anxious?

Came on to say what happy said. Can be in response to an infection. Get it checked out, but doesn’t have to be sinister at all!
