I've had this pain on and off for the past few days, it's quite a precise spot only about an inch or so diameter I reckon. It's ever so slightly tender to the touch but mainly the pain comes with movement, although I have felt it flare up suddenly. I just sneezed and the pain flared up suddenly but went as abruptly as it had arrived. I've attached a diagram with a wee red dot where the pain is. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
