A few months ago I had treatment for CIN2, I'm supposed to have a follow up smear test. However, I've recently found out I'm in the early stages of pregnancy. I want my be able to have the smear until 3 months after baby is born. If CIN has returned how far advanced could it get in this time? I'm scared I'll be allowing CIN3 or even cancer to develop and it's ruining my pregnancy.

Hi...I don't have any answers for you but didn't want to read and run. You should go see your GP asap and tell them the situation and your concerns, and I'm sure they will have some answers and advice for you. Best of luck Flowers

You can have screening while pregnant in some circumstances. Best to discuss your individual card with your GP or screening unit though
