Thrush inside the nose?

Has anyone ever had this?

I've had (got) a rotten sinus infection, my nose really hurts and is very sensitive. I have just had a look in my nose and I can see little spots. I'm wondering if it could be thrush. It's not somewhere I would expect to see it but can't think what else it could be. I am on ABs.

Cold they be cold sores?

I do suffer from coldsores but they don't look like them.
