Lempsip max and ibuprofen...

Have taken lemsip max but I am now feeling very rough. Can I just take a couple of ibufrofen tablets. They are just plain tablets from asda - not cold and flu?

No you can't. Lemsip max has 1000mg of paracetamol already.

It is perfectly safe to take paracetamol & ibuprofen together.

Double check that your lemsip does not contain either ibuprofen or aspirin (unlikely but worth double checking to be sure)

Oh sorry, I read paracetamol! Please ignore me. Yes, ibuprofen is fine.

Thanks. Have the flu right now. Couldn't remember when I took my lemsip. I rotate paracetamol and ibufrofen with the kids but was unsure what was in lemsip max.
