What is this rash?!

Itchy, red patch on the back of hand (sometimes warm.) Never had anything like it before so unsure of a cause.

So far various hand creams, savlon and eurax cream haven't helped! Saw the pharmacist who recommended the eurax cream but no luck.

Anyone know what it is or how to fix it?!

Looks like some kind of dermatitis. Have you tried a mild steroid cream?

Hydrocortisone is a mild steroid.
