Cold, Cough and slight Temp before Surgery??

This is my first ever post so apologies if not in the right place.

Would appreciate some advice: I am having Rhinoplasty and Septorplasty on Monday as I basically can’t breathe through my left nostril.
Today I have woken up with a sore throat, a cough, runny nose and temp of 37.8.
Should I call hospital tomorrow to check ok or wait til pre surgery admission on Mon am?
I have chosen to have this done and being done privately so post-ponement won’t be too big a deal.

What should I do? Is it safer to wait until better as feel awful.

Call the hospital tomorrow and tell them you’re unwell. The anaesthetist will want you in good health for a GA and the hospital wouldn’t want a sick person infecting other patients. It’s a pain, but this is elective surgery - reschedule...
