If you have had ringworm on your face......

What were you given to clear it up, and how long did it take to clear?

I have had a recurring rash on my face for a couple of months or so.
I tried Epaderm, thinking it was eczema, but the pharmacist says it is ringworm! She has given me Daktarin, which I’ve been using religiously for a week now, but it’s still there.

I have taken her advice re: making sure to dry my face properly/wash towels and bedding, use Daktarin 2-3 times a day, and I don’t have any pets.
How long can I reasonably expect to see a difference? It is unsightly, (but maybe because it’s exposed, and I am conscious of it).
Is there anything else that I can use to make it disappear faster?
Please help. MTIA.
