I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of going to Genetic Counselling and what to expect?
Long story short, it's looking fairly likely that I have an increased risk of breast cancer due to genetics and I have finally plucked up the courage to go to the GP and find out.
My Mum has just been diagnosed, her sister had it a couple of years ago, their aunt has suffered all her adult life, another aunt died from it and so did my great grandmother, so enough putting it off I think.
