Nipple discharge?....

I had breast implants 2 years ago. One breast has been sore for a while. Not overly worried as I know this sometimes can happen.
Problem is the other boob. I have noticed a discharge. When I squeeze behind the nipple it's like I'm squeezing a spot as some discharge 'pops' out? It really is like when you squeeze a pimple. The discharge is a bit smelly and it comes out without squeezing as I sometimes find some dried on my nipple....
Any ideas???

I'm not a medic but I didn't want to leave you with no responses. If it was me I'd see GP. Smelly could = infection?

Thanks nice, I keep checking but I guess health doesn't get Alot of traffic..... I have no other infection signs and once I've squeezed it and it 'pops' more comes out until I do it again the next day?
I will head to GP
