Decongestants while breastfeeding

I have an 8 month that I am still EBF. I have sinus and a cold and feeling pretty horrid. The internet seems to suggest Otrivine decongestant is ok but can have effect on milk supply. Is this true and can the ingredients enter my milk and effect my baby in any way?

Decongestants dry up your milk supply in the same way they dry up the mucus lining in your nose.. I would be more concerned with a younger baby though. It depends how often you feed - a drop in supply if you are still feeding 3-4 times a day is different to a drop if there is only one feed iyswim?
