This has literally just appeared on my DP’s arm! It’s itchy and seems to be spreading.
Anyone have any ideas?

Does it look blistery? Shingles?

I’ve googled shingles and I don’t think it is that but of course it could be!
Will see how it develops!

Another vote for hives which look just like nettle rash. Antihistamines, unless your DH has actually had a run in with some nettles, in which case... dock leaf.

Definitely an allergy - try antihistamines as pp said and see reaction.
