it was fab just thought I'd post for all those yesterday who wanted to know what it was like.

I was very nervous and changed my mind a million times today but the Dr. took the time before she started to talk to me again about all my fears and still gave me time to think about it, for which i was very grateful.

Anyway took about 3 minutes to have five injections in my forehead and hey presto! It feels a bit numb and I have the little marks which will go in a few hours apart from that its fine, and yes I probably will have it done again

How much was it, and how long will it last now?

NadineBaggott · 25/04/2007 15:58

just think - when dh is driving you nuts, you can bang your head against a brick wall and feel no pain

Whoooosh · 25/04/2007 16:01

You think it's gpod now-just wait till you see the full effects 2-14 days time.

Glad you updated us-was wondering how you got on...

mosschops30 · 25/04/2007 16:07

thanks whoosh and thanks for all your advice yesterday I'm going to be constantly looking in the mirror now for 2 weeks. She did say she'd only used a small amount but that in 2 weeks if I wasnt happy with the results I can have a free top-up.

michaelad it cost me £120 and should last 3-6 months depending how it takes but the more I have it the longer it lasts honest

Oooh sounds great. I'm sure that I'll want some soon.

Can I be really cheeky and ask how old you are, if your name isn't the answer?

mosschops30 · 25/04/2007 20:30

Not cheeky, I'm nearly 32

I'm nearly 29 and think that I might have some next year for two weddings that I'm going to. It's the groove between my eyebrows that gets me, as well as the crows feet....

mosschops30 · 25/04/2007 20:35

My friend is going next week for those frown lines in between her eyes. I dont have them but have terrible lines on my forehead which are there all the time now from raising my eyebrows all the time

the Dr I saw said now is the best time to start, apparently as a preventative measure because as you get older botox wont fill out your lines, you need fillers

I'm glad it went well
