Using herbal sleep aids

I've been having trouble relaxing and switching off at night and wondered if anyone had used the herbal sleep aids such as nytol or kalms or anything similar. As far as I can see there's not been much research done on them so that's why they're not recommended but I'm curious if anyone had used them when pregnant at all?

have used kalms alot but not whilst pg! the 'this works' sleep spray seems to genuinely work too
