Am I being silly to panic?

I'm seeing a gynae tomorrow as I've been having odd cramp / pulling pains in my pelvis for a few weeks. I've never suffered from this before. I'm 41 with 2 children. I've read the entire internet and scared myself rigid. Im a few stone heavier than I should be, always tired, have nightly back ache in my lower back ... do you think there could be a simple explanation? I'm really scared.

I have an ovarian cyst which gives those symptoms. There’s most likely a simple explanation Flowers

Well it feels like a pulling pain most of the time but escalates hugely in the run up to period so there’s some question of whether there’s some endo at play as well. Also lower back pain and pain in my hips. I’m scheduled for laparoscopy to remove cyst and look for endo but it’s not urgent so God knows when I’ll get it done.
