Hi ladies, first time Mum- due in July. I’m 13+4 currently taking 5mg folic and prenatal vitamins given at booking (highlands)
When I was child I ate everything going, but due to a difficult upbringing at home I clearly Del I needed to control something so cut out fruit veg and eggs overnight - fast forward 20+ years and I can’t get back in to it, it’s partly mind over matter and fear. Completely irrational.
Looking for any advice on what supplements are best for pregnancy (2nd trimester) where some substitution of fruit and veg would help. I’m trying with Home made soup etc and do manage it- but do NOT get enough greens etc. I can’t even get past strawberries despite the slevers watching someone else eating them
