Old csection scar feels like it’s swollen

Last c section was over 12 years ago.
Oddly today it feels slightly swollen.
Has anyone else experienced this after such a long time?

Mine has never been swollen but occasionally gets itchy and irritated. I put sudocrem on it.

It’s not feeling itchy. Swelling has gone slightly.

Beginning to wonder if you ever fully recover from them, I've had the itching OP can't offer any advice though.
