I have a two week old son and during my 7 month of my pregnancy I developed a problem in my chest on the right side in which it feels like something in the upper half of my ribs is clicking/popping. My partner has even felt this popping sensation when he gently pushes down on my chest. It's not my lower ribs which I have read is more common, just wondering if anyone has had this and what they did to stop it aggravating them? I've been docs and they say it's a rise in the relaxin hormone making everything loose but I am struggling to do much with this popping sensation. Was going to see my osteopath for a mild manipulation and massage but am at my witts end!
