Hi all,
I was out on Christmas Eve with my son and after a while of being out I got a warm rush over my body and went instantly dizzy and felt nauseous. The dizziness was like the room was going round in a circle, this lasted minutes and felt dreadful all day. My mother seems to think it could be a panic attack, but I'm going more for the migraine as I did have a headache but only in my right eye it was like I could draw around he pain. Have had this experience in the past but that had colours flickering which was the aura. Anyone else experience this as it was absolutely terrifying for me and my young son as I had to sit down till the spinning had stopped
