Hi

I’m new to this site but was looking for some advice I’ve tried looking this up online but info is very vague my little boy is almost 7 months old and I’ve started to suffer with the most horrendous joint pain, my ankles, knees hips, wrists and hands, someone mentioned to me it can happen post partum has anyone else had any experience with this? Please tell me it gets better

I saw a documentary yesterday, about a famous singer, who was diagnosed with rheumatism some time after her first baby was born. (It didn't get better by itself.) You might want to check it out + see over what you eat as certain foodstuffs seem to aggravate it, maybe you could find out more if you Google "rheumatoid" plus go see your GP if it doesn't get better in the next few weeks.

I had a similar thing. I suffered it for a long time with much shoulder shrugging coming from GP. Had some Physio still had the pain. Recently found out I have a vitamin D insufficiency, so started supplements - joint pain has improved a lot.
