Why do i keep feeling unwell

I know no one can tell me but i haf a cough and general cold about 4 weeks ago, never really got over it but it improved. I have woke up today feeling even worse; sore throat, sore neck, headache, even feel a bit sick.

Go see your GP. Hope you feel better at some point 💐

Thank you. I am thinking maybe tonsillitis, i have had that a couple if times the last year. Will make an appointment at doctors.
