Blurred vision

My vision has been blurred since Tuesday. I've had trouble focusing and the sharpness has gone. I had dry eyes a few years ago with the same symptoms so I bought some drops from the pharmacy. They didn't help so I stopped using them in the afternoon and went to the eye hospital on Thursday evening (My eyes weirdly seemed better by this point but went anyway) they said they eyes are completely healthy but they were very dry and gave me some different drops which I've been using since. Although I am now able to focus. My vision is still blurred. I have had a lazy eye all my life with only 50% vision but my other eye has perfect vision so I've never needed glasses.
I can still read and drive and do everything I need to do. But it now just seems like there's a watery film over my eyes that I can't blink away. It is very annoying and worrying and I was wondering if there were any opticians who could offer any advice or anyone who has suffered with this themselves?

I think you need a professional assessment asap. Where that can happen might be tricky. Check local hospitals to see if they have an eye care centre that might be open.
