Cyst on Ovary?

Hi, I'm just a bit worried about these pains I've been getting in my lower abdomen. Could they indicate a cyst or an infection?
The pains are on one side, and I feel a lot of pressure on that side. I also keep getting a "bubbling" sensation in the same area. I'm so uncomfortable Sad.
Just for context, I had a termination 2 months ago and I am worried this is all connected to that?

Just go to see your GP - it could be anything andnits best to get it checked out if it's not going away after a few days - I'm sure it's nothing -

I'm actually going to the out of ours GP tonight because I'm so much pain and discomfort Sad

It could be a cyst so it’s good to get it checked incase it’s burst. Is the pain on the left or right side? Right side could also be appendicitis.
Or it could even be something like trapped wind which can be very painful (your colon runs just above your ovaries).
