Partner has had a cough for almost 6 weeks. Went to doctors 3 weeks in, who said viral and should go eventually.
Cough started as cold, almost cleared and then cold and cough came back again.
Partner has been having problems with teeth, so sent him to dentist where he needs several fillings.
He has a nasty taste in his mouth and when he sucks the left hand side of his mouth, the taste gets worse. His breath smells and his cough has increased again. He has had mouth ulcers off and on for the duration of the cough. His tongue is scalloped round edges and furry.
When I had an infected wisdom tooth I had a cough until it was removed.
Trying to avoid Google as it just predicts his imminent death from lung cancer.
But I am worrying after 6 weeks.
Anyone have any opinions, going back to doctor next week. Thanks.
