Chronic hyperventilation syndrome

Are there any fellow sufferers? I feel like I'm the only one. I don't do panting style hyperventilating as seen in panic attacks but I permanently overbreathe/gulp air causing chest pain, dizziness, bloating, heartburn. It's not even conscious it's totally habitual Sad

Yes me.
I had a series of breathing physio which really helped. Plus here's a book called Close your Mouth (I think?) which helps to learn better breathing techniques.
It hasn't made my breathing habitual, but it does mean that I am more in control, and the more I do it the easier it gets.

Yes I've bought that book and have had physio. I am a bad mouth breather/upper Chester but that's become my normal even though it feels horribly uncomfortable.

Yes, me. Always been the same. Worse lately and gets worse with anxiety. My ribs are sore from it,

I'm so sorry to hear it but I'm so glad I've found others.
My symptoms:
Bloating
Genuinely horrific stomach gurgling
Chest pain
Chest tightness
Burping
Feeling I have to manually control my breathing
