Little pimples on my hand. Only on one hand and they’re ever so slightly painful. I also have a cold but that may not be relevant.

Possibly a bit of allergic reaction to something you are taking for your cold or viral breakout related to you feeling unwell?

Some sort of wart virus - will go by itself in about a week.
