Looking for anyone who has had the zoladex injections. I am on number 4 and have been bleeding for near enough the whole time. Is this normal?

I had my second injection on Friday. I'm having them as part of my breast cancer treatment and my oncologist told me two weeks ago that I would not have any bleeding, he'd be amazed if I did. My gynaecologist told me last week that it's very possible to have bleeding. I haven't had any but I'm really fed up with getting contradictory information from my doctors. Not much help, have you spoken to your doctor?

Yeah the gp who is administering told me not to worry, but the gynaecologist told me after 2 months it would calm down. Some days I'm flooding in a hour 🙁

I had an ectopic pregnancy because of this drug.

I know it's not what you're asking about, but if you might wish to conceive in future be aware that this significantly increases the risk of complications, both during treatment and in the future.

Sorry that you had a eptopic, I'm waiting for a hysterectomy apparently it's the only option. I have had children already and feel grateful for that.
