Piles and sudocrem

Hi everyone,

I gave birth nearly 14 months ago and wish I had done something sooner... *

Warning this might be TMI* Blush

Ever since I've had really bad piles where it either hurts to poo or they bleed or it hurts to sit down. When my son was first born I did try anusol (but admittedly I didn't follow it through as much as I should have).

Fast forward to now I've kind of ignored the problem and sort of hoped it would go away it's self... well today I've been in the worst pain trying to poo, to the point I was crying out. I've just read about sudocrem so going to try that for a couple of days as it's readily available to me and I'm too embarrassed to see a doctor. They have never itched until I put this on. Has anyone had any positive experience on them and how to get rid?
