Has anyone had any success with trying vitamins for these skin conditions? If so which ones did you try?

Vitamin A helps the skin to shed quickly so may help (is used to heal acne), but can be toxic in high doses and must not be taken if ttc or pregnant AT ALL. Also causes skin sensitivity and so sunlight should be avoided (not something you need to worry about if you're in the UK currently!).
Have you tried cutting out dairy?? There's high success rates for both psoriasis and eczema

I'm not sure I could give up dairy, I love a nice cup of tea. It doesn't taste the same with milk substitutes.

Fruits rich in Vitamin A is good for such skin problems.
