Hello. Pain is fairly well managed for me at the moment but it varies so I have much sympathy. I’ve been having CBT targeted towards pain and fatigue. After a decade of various chronic conditions, this is the first time I’ve even offered something that has helped. I’m also under a pain clinic. Have you been seen in one?
