I have finally got fed up with this and wondered if anyone out there has any advice for me. I know I could ask at a chemist for something for water retention but thought maybe a personal recommendation for something that WORKS would be good!

I have two weeks of the month where I can get into my jeans with an inch or two to spare, and two weeks when I can hardly do them up and feel as if I'm busting out of my clothes. It's bizarre and really quite a dramatic difference.

I'm assuming it's water retention...anyone take any good stuff for this?

Oh and my PMT is pretty bad sometimes...I do notice that I get moody...and the week before my period I get SUCH strong cravings for chocolate/stodgy food; I don't give in much as I do now have a really healthy diet but the cravings are there...

anyone???
