Sickness Bug

I’ve come down with a sickness bug but due to having nothing left inside my sick is like coffee granules....
Should I be concerned?

I have heard this is a cause for concern with alcoholics. I am not sure about sickness bugs. I am sure someone more knowlegable will be along in a sec.

Hello, I'm not really more knowledgeable but from personal experience, the coffee granules you describe can apparently be indicative of gastritis or stomach flu ( a go told me this once) when I had the same symptom. Hope you feel better soon
