Aching finger joints .. is it RSI .. do I have to give up Mumsnet?

Yes, certainly sounds like possible RSI. I too suffer from carpel tunnel syndrome, though not as bad as when I worked full-time - it's something I've learnt to live with TBH. And no, it's never bad enough to give up mumsnet

and Twiglett if you decide to take vit B6 be careful not to take a large dosage - too much B6 can cause nerve inflammation which can make carpal tunnel syndrome worse

You do need to see your GP if it's CTS - a simple op can cure it.

Twiglett - have you got any expressed stocked up? Might be worth doing next feed EBM and pumping & dumping just to be on the safe side? Can you phone NHS direct and check how long 1 tablet would be in your system for?
