Hi all
My dh had a cold 8 weeks ago. Was very chesty and snotty and pretty poorly. Saw a doctor, chest clear so saw it through. He took weeks to get over it and hasn't really been himself since. I sent him back to the doctor last week because he gets breathless and wheezy. Not all the time but when it happens he says it's like he can't fill his lungs. The doctor said his chest is clear and could be an allergy. He was given a nasal spray and antihistamines. They haven't helped and he is still getting these symptoms on and off. Does this sound like an allergy to you? He doesn't have asthma. I've got another appt for him this week bit thought I'd ask as I'm not sure how allergy symptoms work.
