My boob have been achy all day and are really painful if touched. I yelped when one of the DC accidentally head butted them earlier. I had my period about 10 days ago so not PMT; not had sex since so can't be pregnant. I am feeling as though I'm coming down with a cold but just a head cold rather than whole body aching flu type thing. I've checked them (which hurt) and no lumps or anything. The only thing I've had before which felt anything like this is mastitis but I stopped bf'ing almost 5yrs ago so I don't think that is an option!
Any ideas? I'd like to take a pill and make it go away again if possible. Stupidly, I was in Boots earlier but didn't go & see the pharmacist as I thought it would pass.
