Blood shot eye, very painful

Feels like i have been punched in the face, my eye and my head hurts, its blood shot and very runny.
Could it be heyfever or have i got an eye infection. It bloody hurts

Do you normally get hayfever?

not badly. I have eczma on my eye lid which does'nt help.

Can you get to see a doctor?

I had something called scleritis last year which sounds similar
