Please excuse the nail varnish I can't bend to clean it off!

Toe is numb and freezing cold to the point I had to put it in warm water to bring it back

Realistically is there anything I can do to manage this?

It tends to happen in all my toes at once rather than just one, so I'm not sure. There's also usually more colour changes rather than just white. I go to great pains to keep my hands and feet warm after being warned about tissue dying.

Floralnomad · 23/11/2017 19:52

With me it also affects more than one toe / finger . As for the colour changes I wouldn’t take any notice of what they are supposed to be as my raynauds doesn’t follow the ‘ correct’ colour sequence and mine has been really bad ( had frostbite ) at times .

BumpowderSneezeonAndSnot · 23/11/2017 19:53

To be fair they were all affected to some extent it was only after I tried to warm them up I thought to get a photo.

Looks like Raynauds to me (fellow sufferer). Wear warm socks and gloves to avoid bloodless cold extremities. I was prescribed some medication for it, but thought it wasn’t worth the hassle tbh. I just wrap up warm.

Tedster77 · 23/11/2017 20:02

That’s what mine looks like and yes I have to warm it up in hot water.

EmmaC78 · 23/11/2017 20:05

Yes, looks like it to me too. I often get it in just one toe or finger.

LuxuryWoman2017 · 23/11/2017 20:09

Looks like it. I get it in 2 fingers that turn all kinds of colours, white, cream, blue. Very painful it gets sometimes. Invest in some good warm socks and slippers boots. I wear gloves to bed in the worst times.

eurochick · 23/11/2017 21:09

Yes, I would say so.

cheesecadet · 23/11/2017 21:52

Yes, I have severe raynaud's in my hands and they don't turn blue.

LuxuryWoman2017 · 23/11/2017 23:08

It's my nails turn a bluey colour I should clarify, at the base rather than my fingers which turn creamy white

SummerKelly · 24/11/2017 06:48

Looks like mine too. Sometimes I get weird patches of white on my fingers rather than it being uniform. It then goes purple when it warms up, which is the horrible bit for me.
